As a software engineer, I was responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade web applications in Doublard Design. My role encompassed the entire software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through production deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Client Support Platform: Designed and deployed a comprehensive support system featuring enhanced UI/UX aligned with contemporary design trends, automated response workflows for queries exceeding one-hour thresholds, and rigorous QA testing protocols
- E-commerce Infrastructure: Developed a robust inventory management system for ZAK+FOX, integrating Payeezy and Authorize.Net payment gateways to process secure client transactions and streamline order fulfillment
- Logistics Optimization: Built an intelligent shipping matrix that dynamically calculates rates based on destination, package weight, and service levels, complemented by batch printing capabilities for efficient dispatch operations
- Business Intelligence: Generated actionable reports and analytics dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
